Trisha, a Clinical Care Coordinator at Providence Medford who has been with Providence for more than 10 years, feels it too. “It’s nice when a patient says to a family member, ‘This is Trish, and this is what I was telling you about.’ You build relationships and bonds.”

Katie, Clinic Supervisor for Primary Care at PacMed’s Canyon Park location, agrees: “It really is a family feel here. Everyone is very approachable, and all the leadership really have a true connection.”

Katie’s manager adjusts her schedule around her full-time school commitments. And Louise says, “I always really valued the honesty of my manager. It kept me engaged and helped me feel like I was serving a greater purpose.”
