That’s why we’re thrilled to offer systemwide sign-on bonuses of up to $20K to external-hire experienced RNs as we grow our teams in Alaska, California, Montana, New Mexico, Oregon, Texas and Washington. In addition, we’re offering systemwide sign-on bonuses of up to $10K for select non-clinical roles and up to $25K for select leadership roles.
Sign-on bonuses for RNs and CNAs
Following are the sign-on bonus ranges for external-hire experienced RNs and CNAs. Where a bonus falls in the range is dependent on the location and job category. Or explore RN roles with sign-on bonuses.
New-to-system, Medical-Surgical RNs interested in growing their careers with us are eligible for sign-on bonuses of $5,000 – $10,000, as well as our best-in-class benefits that include tuition reimbursement and continuing education opportunities.
RNs – Acute Specialty
Acute Specialty RNs serve patients in their time of need in specialties like labor & delivery, OR, ED, ICU and more with us. These positions are eligible for sign-on bonuses of $5,000 – $20,000; new hires receive our outstanding benefits that go beyond with wellness and mental health resources for caregivers and their families.
Clinic, Home Health and Post-Acute Care RNs
Home health, clinic or post-acute are eligible for sign-on bonuses of $5,000 – $10,000. Join one of our collaborative and supportive teams to deliver comprehensive nursing care that meets patients where they are in their health journeys, plus get benefits that have caregivers’ backs such as emergency child and elder care assistance for days when life happens.
Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
Kick-off your career as a CNA with us. Not only are these positions eligible for a sign-on bonus of $1,500 – $5,000, but our collaborative teams are here to help CNAs learn and advance their careers. We also offer flexible scheduling to suit caregivers’ lifestyles.
In addition to a wide variety of nursing roles, we have many other positions with sign-on bonuses. Non-clinical roles such as administrative support and technical/skilled support are eligible for sign-on bonuses of $1,000 – $5,000, and business professionals are eligible for sign-on bonuses of $5,000 – $10,000.
